Summer Somewhere was created at the end of a long winter to remind us that somewhere it’s always summer. We tried to imagine what beer we'd be craving in a few months. Not too weak, yet refreshing. Pleasantly bitter with a dry finish. The hop character should be easy to sense in both flavor and aroma. It should pair well with all kinds of food. It should be easy to distinguish from regular lagers. And it should have a yellow label and a blue cap to remind us of the summer sky.

Our light stout is for people who love hoppy beer, even when it's dark. In Darkless roasted, chocolate, coffee and light caramel notes blend with the citrusy and resinous flavor of American hops. We lowered the alcohol to an easy 4.5% so we can enjoy it in larger quantities. Enjoy it too.

We created Solei at the end of summer, with the idea of capturing the season in a bottle. We wanted a beer that carries the juicy freshness of soft warm evenings — hazy, fruity and light. Mango aroma intertwined with citrus notes. A velvety tropical taste. Solei is our hazy memory of the last sunrays.
