Shipping policy

Orders placed through the online store cometa.beer are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Estimated delivery times:

Sofia:
Same-day delivery for orders placed until 12:00 on business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 or on non-business days are delivered on the next business day.

Rest of the country:
Same-day shipment via courier for orders placed until 15:00 on business days.
Orders placed after 15:00 or on non-business days are shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out via licensed courier companies or directly by Cometa Brewing Ltd.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and is displayed before the order is finalized.
Any conditions for free shipping, if applicable, are clearly stated in the online store.

Order Receipt

Upon receiving the shipment, the Customer should inspect the package in the presence of the courier. In case of visible damage or missing items, a report should be drawn up immediately.

Delays

Cometa Brewing Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or by circumstances beyond the Merchant’s control.
